The Distillery Operations textbook was written in conjunction with numerous spreadsheets that are explained in the text. This page provides the portal to purchase the worksheets described in the book. The software is fully functional and users can modify the input values for each worksheet to meet their own particular needs. The workbook includes over 80 worksheets which are listed below the Pay Pal button. It comes with a money back guarantee if it is not suitable to the purchaser's needs. The software itself is delivered via email as a 5 mb zipped folder containing the application and release notes which is a compiled Excel add in using the DonEX compiler. Any operating system that can run Excel can make use of the program. There are two versions of the program, one for 32 bit Excel and one for 64 bit Excel.
Versions of Excel from 1997-2007 were only 32 bits in lenght. Excel 2010, 2013 and 2016 were released in both 32 and 64 bit versions. Please determine what bit length of Excel you are using before purchasing the program. To make this determination, start Microsoft Excel. Click the File Tab in the ribbon. Select Help in the left column. Beneath the “About” section there will be a version number that will indicate the number of bits the version is operating with. (32 or 64).
Once the program arrives, save the folder as delivered to your hard drive. To extract the files from the folder, simply Right Click on the folder and choose the item “Extract All”. You will need to specify a folder to receive the extracted files. My suggestion is to create a folder named Distillery Operations 1.0, and save the file and supporting documentation there. To run the program simply double click on the application file.
